The Good Hotel Guide is the leading independent guide to hotels in Great Britain & Ireland, and also covers parts of Continental Europe. The Guide was first published in 1978. It is written for the reader seeking impartial advice on finding a good place to stay. Hotels cannot buy their way into the Guide. The editors and inspectors do not accept free hospitality on their anonymous visits to hotels. All hotels in the Guide receive a free basic listing. A fee is charged for a full web entry.

Good Hotel Guide Review
The hotel experts at the Good Hotel Guide
In tropical gardens full of flowers and birds, that lead to a white sand beach, this eco-friendly boutique resort is owned by George and Marilyn Reti. Its 15 cottages stand amid alpine fruit trees on the west coast of northern St. Lucia. It has a free-form swimming pool with its own swim-up bar. For active guests there is scuba diving, dolphin watching, deep sea diving, volleyball, football, and hiking on nature trails. In the open-air Flamboyant Room restaurant, cooking is Caribbean and international using much freshly caught fish, and generally accompanied by live music. Children are welcomed – baby-sitting and special meals can be arranged. Weddings are held. Prices include all meals and activities.
