All the four star” 'generous-sized' rooms have a superb view through big windows across river to Parliament building, additional “three star” rooms have no river views but access to all the hotel's amenties, which are plentiful and include free afternoon tea. Bathrooms and bedroom are clean and modern, and staff speak English very well. The buffet breakfast is very good. Rooms in higher floors are quieter.
