The Good Hotel Guide is the leading independent guide to hotels in Great Britain & Ireland, and also covers parts of Continental Europe. The Guide was first published in 1978. It is written for the reader seeking impartial advice on finding a good place to stay. Hotels cannot buy their way into the Guide. Good Hotel Guide Review
The hotel experts at the Good Hotel Guide
This 'welcoming' boutique hotel, managed by owners Jed and Amanda Filmer, is built in Andalusian style with a central courtyard and fountain, old oak beams and old monastery doors. It is located in a seaside village of whitewashed houses, 50 minutes drive east of Málaga. Bedrooms are all individually designed, and the public areas are stylish. There's a salon, a piano bar, and an 'enjoyable' restaurant with Italian-influenced fare. Terraces overlook the lovely Mediterranean bay and the beach is five minutes walk away.
