This former 19th-century monastery is now an elegant Mallorcan-owned hotel in a 'stunning' setting, two kilometres west of Orient, in beautiful, remote valley. Visitors found 'attentive staff, wonderful food, and a good selection of Mallorcan and Spanish wines. Ample buffet breakfast.' Some rooms have balconies and terraces, and some fireplaces. There's a spa with heated indoor pool, steam room, jacuzzi etc and massage treatments are available. There's an outside pool too with sun loungers. The hotel is very quiet, and thus unsuitable for children. The restaurant is located in a converted olive mill, or you can dine on the terrace. There is great hiking and walking in the area, and the hotel can arrange guides.
