Amid the “fabulous scenery” of the Pyrenean foothills, the Ferran family”s hotel is named after the seven watermills (molles = moulins) which once stood nearby. Their millstones are now tables in its rose-scented garden, which has a stream, a well-kept swimming pool, and a “perfectly playable” clay tennis court. The 1960 building “has the ambience of a large family home”. “Standards are high,” say fans. “Staff are friendly”, and the bucolic setting is liked.
