Trained chef Alan Latter grew up on the family’s organic dairy farm where he now welcomes guests to this lovingly restored farmhouse. Rustic bedrooms, one with a four-poster and mountain views, have reclaimed timber walls, vintage furniture, Welsh wool blankets, character and charm. For novelty trot over to ‘Dennis’, a mahogany-fitted horsebox, with two double beds, a kitchen, bathroom, compost toilet, outside seating and firepit. Drinks are served in the flower-filled garden or by the log burner in a sitting room with furnishings bought from London's The Dorchester. Breakfast, sourced from the farm, is served around a communal table or in a separate dining room. Alan will also cook supper on request, with vegetables from the kitchen garden.
