A 'very friendly, homely B&B', Harvey Roberts's home is set in a terrace of little stone-built houses fronting the main street of a pretty coastal village. It is adults only but dog friendly. Our inspectors' room was 'painted in different shades of subtle greens', with 'good-quality bedding, an old-style rug on a wooden floor, a chandelier, a pleasant bathroom'. Two rooms have a free-standing bath. The breakfast room doubles as a lounge, with 'tables taking up most of the space', but the small decked terrace 'would be a pleasant place for a drink'. In the morning, 'Harvey dons an apron for the perfectly cooked breakfast', while a 'very nice' buffet is laid out on the sideboard. 'Nicely done and very tasteful'.
